We perform better than 60% of the work on projects with our own people thus giving us more control than the conventional general contractor. Our in-house capabilities include construction management, supervision, general laborers, millwork general carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, ceilings, painting and specialty installations. We use only the most qualified subcontractors for flooring, sprinkler, mechanical, electrical and specialty trades.
