Wilhelm Commercial Builders delivers a classic, efficient build-out for MetLife’ new office in White Marsh, MD. MetLife, a leading global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs, sought a space ideal for their vast team of brokers and administrative personnel. This project required subdividing one entire floor into separate suits and the creation of an elevator lobby. MetLife’ 12,000 square foot suites boasts glass walls, cherry wood wall panels, recessed lighting, crown molding, and ceramic tile throughout. The space consists of an open office area, conference and break rooms, with surrounding private offices.
