Cured – 18th & 21st

“When you step inside you are drawn to the rustic Charcuterie station where you can watch a chef hand-craft gourmet meat and cheese boards using artisanal processes. The trendy Whiskey Bourbon bar dominates with its bold craftsmanship of salvaged and repurposed trees from this original Merriweather site, quartz countertops and a variety of craft beer taps encased in an industrial steel pipe. Cured’s casual dining area is an open concept with polished stained concrete floors, a burst of fabric petal cloud ceilings and a great blend of ambient and tailored lighting. A variety of Bistro-styled tables line the bar area and adjacent is an extension of the dining area with coffered ceiling, acoustical wall panels, chandelier lighting and accordion panels to separate the dining area for private parties.

Shared areas for the restaurant include the vintage-lit hallways, European-styled restrooms, radius glass enclosed wine storage, a private meeting room and a first class custom kitchen designed by Savoy Brown. Through a separate reception area the discreet doors unveil 18th and 21st, a speakeasy jazz lounge. This fine dining area showcases custom design features including a high-end millwork bar, copper resin bar top, onyx backed bar taps, fabric forced-perspective skyline backlit ceiling, opulent lighting, tufted wall treatment, velour floor to ceiling draperies, art deco metal panels and artist paintings.
