American Wood Fibers’ new 18,676 sq. ft. headquarters feature’s an open concept design with glass feature walls that invites collaboration without comprising privacy. the reception lobby is a welcoming “first impression for a wood company” space accentuated with a rustic stacked wood wall and granite/wood reception desk, open ceilings with bulkhead relief ceiling providing architectural and sound relief and a balanced blend of natural and interior LED lighting. Around the corner of the reception area is where the operations are put into action. The space consists of private offices, open workstations, conference rooms, hallways lined with wave-paneling, break room, restrooms, mailroom and warehouse operations. It also includes testing areas where you might find hamsters rolling in their new wood chip bedding.
