Bay Vanguard Bank Headquarters

Due to recent mergers and acquisitions, BayVanguard Bank in Edgemere, Maryland, selected Wilhelm Commercial Builders to complete renovations to accommodate additional staffing and update its headquarter’s entrance and reception area to a more professional appearance. Wilhelm transformed a large area of the existing facility into a fully-equipped Operations Center for the Bank’s loan servicing group as well as the Bank’s administrative lobby.
 
The renovated area is comprised of a new administrative entrance, reception area, conference rooms, high capacity storage system and executive offices.  The reception lobby embraces a warm and inviting entrance with LVT flooring, and a custom reception desk with maple panels, and a quartz and glass-top. The blue and gray finishes represent the bank’s colors and custom signage highlights the BayVanguard logo and brand
