Wilhelm Commercial Builders was pleased to be selected by Percival Engineering to perform the construction tenant fit-out for their new space. Percival was on a tight time frame to have this space completed due to an explosion in their existing building. As a result of Percival’s displacement, employees were moved into temporary space while a new location, design and permits were obtained. As a company that was awarded a Baltimore Business Journal “2020 Best Places to Work”, Percival prides themselves as having a “Hip” high-quality collaborative work environment and has incorporated many design elements to portray the firm’s environment. The new space features several high security enhanced spaces to meet their customer needs, executive offices, glass-clad garage door conference rooms, several collaborative break out areas equipped with a popcorn machine, an expansive custom pantry / kitchen for work and social gatherings, versatile work production areas and a robust gym with shower facilities to support corporate wellness.
